DMCA Policy for Atores Voz Crimson

Atores Voz Crimson respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy concerning copyright infringement. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify Atores Voz Crimson of alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications when they believe their content has been wrongfully removed.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If Atores Voz Crimson receives a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user responsible for the content.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on or accessible through Atores Voz Crimson infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement. To be effective, a DMCA notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing: Provide information sufficient to permit Atores Voz Crimson to locate the material on our site. This should include the specific URL(s) where the infringing material is located.
  3. Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a DMCA Counter-Notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Atores Voz Crimson may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it after 10 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

To be effective, a DMCA counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the specific URL(s) or description of the material and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Atores Voz Crimson may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
